Change the content view selector

      Description

      content views referenced in tabs etc... are referenced either from a drop-down list or with a pop up selector. We want all of them to be selected with a pop up selector

      • UI will be more consistent
      • It will be possible to "create a new one" easily : the discovery flow will be improved
