Change the content view selector in Document type>Tabs> Content views

Currently, the user chooses within a select widget. It would be better to have the same selector than the one for choosing lifecycle or resources:

• UI will be more consistent
• It will be possible to "create a new one" easily : the discovery flow will be improved
