Account Management: Search box in "Services" provides the full list of services even if they don't match the query

Steps:

1. Go to Account Management
2. Click a client’s name
3. Go to the "Services" tab
4. Enter characters queries not being any service's name (e.g. "test")

Expected result:

Services that don't start with given characters are not listed in the search results

Actual result:

All services are listed in the search results for some random queries.

For example, the query "fdsaern" gives "Base Maintenance" and "Studio" as results (see attachments).
