Reformat Search Mapping for LTS 2023

• Change 'ElastichSearch Mapping' title to 'Search Mapping'
• Allow user to select search provider and search provider version:
  • ElasticSearch 6.x and earlier 
  • ElasticSearch 7.x
  • ElasticSearch 8.x
  • OpenSearch 1.x
  • OpenSearch 2.x
• If user select 'OpenSearch 2x' all Search Mapping features should be disable ( this needs to be visually different to when features are disabled ) 

Acceptance criteria:

• Search Mapping shouldn't work until user have selected a search provider.
• 2021, 2023 search provider selections

The XML + JSON contribution we generate in Studio remain the same regardless the search provider deployed at runtime => we only do the renaming
