Build of studio-registries file should not prevent project to build

      Description

      Following NXS-6312 and as brought to light by SUPNXP-35265, failure during generation of the studio-registries.json file should not prevent a project to be built. We have to decide if we show an error message or if we simply ignore the failing registry
