Fix dependencies doc types appearing in Local types in Designer

Following NXS-6312, doctypes fetched from dependencies now appear in a project registries and therefore in the Designer "Local types" section. These doctypes should either:

• Appear in the "Built-in types" section => is this list hardcoded ?
• Appear in a dedicated "Dependencies types" section
  In either cases, it should not have the "Configure in Modeler" button because it is not possible to edit them in Modeler.
  If this ticket is treated after NXS-6327, it may be possible to have a "View in Modeler" button for the doctypes coming from a dependent Studio project.

In any case, this ticket should be part of an open discussion between UI and NOS teams.
