Marketplace redesign - Make list available 'Recently Added' packages

Context 

As part of ticket https://jira.nuxeo.com/browse/NXS-6350

We need to create a list of the previous n features created. This list should filter by 
> Add-ons only
> Maintained only 
The filter is by original creation date, not update or version change. 

Confirm with Andrew number of items required 

AC:

The front end team have a useable list that responds to the following criteria, ordered by date from most recent  

> Add-ons only
> Maintained only 
> Original creation date used

When a new package that meets this criteria is added, it should appear in the list.
