Marketplace redesign - Categories and Filtering

Context 

A series of filters need to be styled as per Figma.  

AC:

• I can select an item in the left-hand-side menu, I will then view the results page with the relevant filter applied
• Deprecated packages are not included by default
• If I click on another filter item from the list, I will get a results view with that filter only
• I cannot add more that one filter or search within that filter
• To remove filters I can 're-filter' with another filter or search
• There will be a deprecated filter, the only showing deprecated packages, which will not be linked to the search function
• Separate page for hotfixes, as per designs, will be displayed for this filter 
• As a user all filter categories remain visible when I navigate, hence the number of options visible for each left hand side menu category is visually constrained. I can open the full list if I need
• A selected filter should always be visible
