Partner label should be displayed instead of the partner ID in the package description

When creating a Partner Certified Addon to the Marketplace, I create a new partner entry in the mp_partner vocabulary. When the package is created, the vocabulary label is only calculated on the filter "Packages by Partner". It displayed the ID in:

• The package listing (By <partner_ID>)
• The right panel of the package page (Vendor: <partner_ID>)

It should be the Partner label instead.
