      Description

      Both PS, presales team, and customers report that some fields we generate are not useful in a custom configuration => we should not generate them in this context.

      When I inherit from a custom layout
      => inherit it

      When I inherit from a doctype for which layouts are not configured
      => generate title / description only except for view layout
