Add layout generation tests: Doctype Inheritance

The goal is to add unit tests to:

• Scaffold all the layouts for doctypes inheriting from doctypes with default layouts (scaffolded and not scaffolded yet).
• Scaffold all the layouts for doctypes inheriting from doctypes with custom layouts 2 or more levels away (scaffolded and not scaffolded yet).
  For all the available target platforms.
