Optimize layout loading time in Studio

      Description

      A recurring pattern we see from our users is that they switch to code when accessing a layout, due to a too long loading time for the visual rendition to happen.

      Goal of this ticket:

      • analyze where the loading time issue comes from
      • get an understanding of the technical solutions we could use to improve this situation
