Fix folder renaming in Designer resources

In Designer resources tab
Create a folder named "related-document"
Rename the folder to "related-documents", "unrelated-document" => an error is shown
Rename only works when the name is completely different from the original one

Expected: rename should work even if the new name contains the same content as the original one.
