Fix Cannot "Move" or "Delete" a file in Designer

      Description

      Enter a file named "mispelled_misplaced.html.hmtl"
      Move it either in another folder or with another name using the "Move" feature

      Actual result: a message in red pops up which reads:
      Please enter a valid path with no parent reference (..)
      and the file is not moved

      Expected result; file moved and no error

      Also, when selecting a file in Designer, there is no way to delete it.
