      Description

      Ensure TimeTracker Logger is not being ignored. Currently, NCO marketplace package override the Log4J configuration, which disable the TimeTracker logger (NCO-2998). This ticket is critical for understanding the terrible performance in hotreload for some branches or projects (NXS-5319).
