Terrible performance in hotreload sometimes for some branches or projects

      Description

      On a specific project, maybe for a specific branch, 1 time out of 2, a hotreload lasts almost 4 minutes. The other time, hotreloading is less than 1 minute.

      Thread dumps show connect client expecting an answer from connect for more than 3 minutes.
      This issue is reproducible at will, both using the JSF GUI, the browser dev tool and nuxeo-cli
