Fix custom bundle not being linked on project bundle on creation

On connect, when accessing the Designer project bundle (and the custom bundle doesn't exist yet) through the Resources tab and generating the custom bundle, the newly created file is not always linked on the project bundle.

This might be caused by a synchronization issue when trying to create the new file and update the project bundle at the same time, that is more noticeable on deployed instances rather than on local instances.
