Consume REST APIs for available registries in GWT client

      Description

      After NXS-4866 is done, we will want to use this endpoint to get the registries that are available in a branch of a project.

      To do so, we plan to use `gwt-jackson-rest` which is a library that allows to call JAX-RS endpoints serialized with Jackson.

      This should not be too complicated and marks the first step in trying to remove usage of GWT-RPC
