Create an API for project branch registries

      Description

      This is to say the registries that are available thanks to the dependencies of the project in a given branch.

      This might look like:

      /projects/{}/branches/{}/available_registries

      Note that it might be best not to re-use the same API as in NXCONNECT-1988 depending on the work needed to do so. If The API was well done, changes should be minimal.
