Customized forms are not migrated when renamed document type

1. in Studio Modeler create a document type
2. switch to Designer
3. configure the create form
4. click Save
5. in Modeler rename the document type
6. observe in Designer that the form has to be configured again
7. observe in Resources / UI / document both document types are present (old name and new name) after configuring forms again.

Expected behavior: forms and their content should be migrated to the new name
