default scaffolding for multi-value complex properties is not correct

When Studio's View Designer first scaffolds a 'create', 'edit', 'metadata', or 'import' layout for a multi-value complex type, it does not use the correct widgets. It seems to treat them as single-value properties (each of the sub-types in the complex type), and when used does not persist the data with the document.

If you delete those, however, then drag out the property from the right-side panel into your layout page, it will create the proper table.

The 'view' layout is the only one correctly created the first time.

N.B. Tested only with a multi-value complex type with 2 sub-properties, both being String.
