Remove editable variables for workflow tasks scaffolding with web ui

In Modeler

• Create a workflow with two workflow variables
• Add an approve task (or any other task requiring an action) in the graph
• Put workflow variables as non editable

In Designer

• Scaffold the task layout
  => Workflow variables are scaffolded although they are marked as not editable in modeler

Expected

• Remove that option when jsf ui is not activated
