Define warning message for negative permissions on structure templates configuration

Negative permissions are available for structure template. It would be good to add a warning message if a user add a negative permission saying that they are not always supported with Elasticsearch (ES).

• Check which negative permissions are actually allowed in the Platform
• Create the tickets to add a validation warning when people use permissions that might not work unless ES is disabled.
