Add an action to remove versions and tags

      Description

      As a user, I can:

      • go to releases and tags menu
      • view a delete button that looks similar to the one in the branches menu
      • press the button
      • when pressing this delete button, a popup displays: 
        You are about to delete permanently release-id
This change *cannot be reverted*. Continue?
[CANCEL] [CONFIRM]
      • The same pattern can be applied to tags.
