Remove common:size and file:filename from schemas for target > 8.10

      Description

      Due to deprecated code removal done on Nuxeo Platform 9.1, common:size and file:filename are no longer available as properties.

      We need to remove these metadata from document export (and maybe other places ?) when generating the studio jar for a Nuxeo 9.1.

      => when generating a workflow, the documents included in it should not contain these properties anymore for this TP
      => if the properties have been used in the layouts or somewhere else, Studio should provide a validation error
