Add the ability to add any kind of files in "Resources", with their destination

As a user I want to override some files deployed in nuxeo.war by plug-ins. So I don't have to fork the plug-in and build it for, sometimes, minor changes in an html file for example.

So, in Studio/Resources, we could have some room to upload any file, and for each file, to set the destination inside nuxeo.war
