Improve feature locking for Collab

      Description

      Some features are not properly locked by the Collab server, like the 'Project setting'. We need to improve that to have a proper lock on every features when working on the same branch.

      TODO: check id availability for some screens (project settings/versioning/registries...) + check linked issues status
