Issue a warning rather than an error when adding the form actions widget with surrounding form in a tab

      Description

      In Nuxeo studio :

      • Set target platform as 5.8
      • Create a tab
      • Add the form actions widget
      • In the widget properties leave the "add surrounding form" option checked
      • Save

      Studio issues a validation error.
      When deploying in the platform, the widget displays "This link is disabled as it is not nested within a JSF form"

      => Studio should issue a warning rather than an error to avoid confusion
