These action categories are available on automation user actions, but they're actually only useful on tabs, because actions that are interesting to contribute to these categories are not the standard user actions (but technical actions referencing widgets, useful to build incremental layouts like the default summary layout).
This can be confusing for users, especially if they contribute user actions ton these categories for 5.6 (this will work ok) and if they upgrade to 5.8 (this will not work ok, as the form surrouding the whole summary widget has been remove to allow fine-grained forms management on this page)
As a result, maybe we should:
- filter out these categories from the "user actions" menu
- move them to another subgroup on the selector, so that it's marked as "advanced"
