Escape elements added to the package descriptor

      Description

      When some elements added to the MP created for the Studio package contain the "&" character, this makes it invalid XML and may show the following error in logs:

      org.nuxeo.connect.update.PackageException: Failed to load package.xml descriptor for package xxx-0.0.0-SNAPSHOT--1088400734

      An error is also shown in console as a hint (but not in server.log file)

      This shows that Nuxeo interface should be better handle that kind of issue, see NXP-12958
