Allow disabling some default features

      Description

      Some default features (like default tabs) are present in Studio contributions so they could be listed on the main page presenting tabs (for instance) for easier disablement.

      + review style on disabled feature (no edit, opacity, …)

      From NXS-891:
      It would be nice to have a "Disable feature" checkbox en every Studio feature (especially Documents, Structure Templates, User actions, Vocabulaires, ...) to be able to keep a feature in the Studio project without necessarily having it enabled in Nuxeo.
      This already exists for the branding with the "Disable theme branding" checkbox.
