      Only new tags will correctly tracking application template registries.

      Description

      When tagging a version, a tag is added in git, and the built jar is built to be served later, without being impacted by Studio changes.
      When restoring a tagged version, the target platform is updated too to match the project status at the time of the version. Packages should be restored too.
