Track application template registries in git

      Description

      Registries defined in application templates are not tracked by git when imported in a project.

      Problem is visible when importing an application template with registries (like the DAM default template), tagging it, then removing it, and restoring the tagged version.
      => needed registries are missing, showing errors on features relying on these registries to be present.
