Make uploads rely on server info for missing chunks

For now, the chunk uploads are looping until we've reached the chunk count. We need to make it rely on the uploadedChunkIds we get from the server. This way, we can upload the chunks in any order, and if some chunks have failed to upload, they will automatically be uploaded.
