Enable to pause and resume uploads

      Description

      • As a user, when uploading a document, next to progress bar I can see :
        • a pause button if the document is uploading with no issue
        • a "play" button if the document is paused
        • a retry button (opt)
      • When clicking on "pause" button,
        • the upload is paused and progress bar for this upload is still visible ; 
        • other files uploads/downloads in the queue are started
      • If the document is paused manually, I can click on the "play" button to resume the upload
      • As a user with a upload in progress at x%, when disconnecting (wifi off...) sync is paused (current behavior), a visual hint that the upload was paused automatically is visible, and when connexion is back, the upload restarts automatically at x% 
      • When upload is manually paused, the upload is not resumed when restarting drive client.

       

      Following usecases to consider in future : 
      Uploading from external hard drive + disconnecting hard drive => auto- paused
