Fix regression on Nuxeo IDE Hot Reload

      Description

      • I create a new project with Nuxeo IDE
      • I create a new Operation
      • I start a sdk server with Nuxeo IDE
      • I create a deployment configuration to let deploy the project with the new Operation
      • I click on the hot reload button

      Problem:
      My Operation is not deployed (not visible into http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/site/automation/doc)
