Provide widget type for versioning on edit form

      Description

      The versioning radio buttons should be configured as a widget type, so that toggable layout widget can include it in its configuration.

      Note that existing template is ok, but it's using the hardcoded currentDocument variable so the layout cannot easily force it to use its bound document instead.
