      Description

In the 5.5 platform, you can be notified of:

      • modification
      • creation (for folderish document)
      • workflow changed
      • Approval workflow started
      • Comments moderation

To simplify it from the user side, if you are interested in a document, it may be interesting to see all the related updates.

A single button will do it: you follow a document OR not.
To subscribe a document, click on the icon. A feedback message will say "You're know following this document" or "You subscribe this document. You will be notified by email of modifications, updates, attachement, ... To unsubscribe, click on the icon again."
You can check if you've subscribed a document by looking at the icon:

      • gray (like the other ones) = not subscribed
      • green = you subscribed

To unsubscribe, a click on the green icon will open a confirmation pop-up with "Do you really want to stop following this document? Unsubscribe / Cancel"
