Extract css from themes as pure css files and reorganize them

Styles are contained in a single xml page, with pages definition, layout definition, and fragment definition too.
It's hard to maintain, not modular, and not so logical anymore.

Styles need to be, for this first step:

• written in css language
• clustered by categories
• ready to be split
