      Description

      We need timestamps in jar files (in MANIFEST.MF's Bundle-Version property).
      The timestamp-rev-in-mf profile is active by default but seems to be sometimes unactivated. There's no reason for that, so if needed, this behavior could be unactivated by a dedicated profile.
