Upgrade nuxeo Helm Chart to 3.1.x

      Description

      We want to leverage the production ready nuxeo Helm Chart after its release.

      The released version will be 3.1.0.
      Furthermore, since NXP-30041, the released charts are uploaded to https://packages.nuxeo.com/repository/helm-releases-public/, chart location needs to be updated.
      Furthermore bis, we would like to enable automatic patch update too.
