Use local Minio storage instead of s3 for Benchmark

      Description

      Today benchmark are done using s3 from the GCP which is proven to be slow limiting the import rate and adding lots of latency to benchmark, furthermore it's expensive.

      Using a local storage with Minio should help to focus the load on Nuxeo code and reduce performance randomness tied to network & remote services.
