Reattach a retention rule

As a record manager, I want to be able to reattach a retention rule to

• a flexible record for which retention was stopped manually
• a flexible or enforced record for which retention period has ended

Given that:

• Document is NOT under retention
• Document is NOT under legal hold
• User has the ManageRecord permission

A new retention rule can be attached to the document

• Manually using the UI
• Using the REST API

This option applies both to records under flexible retention and enforced retention.

Typical use case for flexible records is that you make a mistake, stop retention manually, attach a new rule.
Typical use case for enforced records is to allow building steps for your records management using configuration, e.g. if you want to review a document then maybe put it under retention again depending on the outcome.
