Cold Storage - Retrieve and restore for deduplicated binaries

Related to NXP-28603, when several documents or several versions of a document are pointing to the same binary:

• when a retrieve is requested on 1 document, we should see on the cold storage header that a retrieve is on going for ALL the documents pointing to the binary
• when a retrieve is available on 1 document, we should see on the cold storage header that a retrieve is available and the download link too for ALL the documents pointing to the binary
• when a restore is requested on 1 document, we should see on the cold storage header that a restore is on going for ALL the documents pointing to the binary
• when a retrieve is completed on 1 document, we should see now more  cold storage header for ALL the documents pointing to the binary
