Add email notification to automationUi bulk action

      Description

      We want to send an email notification in case there is an error on the automationUi bulk action invocation.

      This can be done by adding a computation to the action that is reading the "done" stream filtering for automationUI action with error, on match a mail needs to be sent to the user with the command and status (the mail template need to be contribuable).
