Prevent S3 Main Blob replacement on the UI part for Document in Cold Storage

      Description

      Since the ticket NXP-28604. And the stuff that has been done on the backend before getting the UI part. We are not able to remove or delete the main blob. We should do the same stuff on the Front End part. It means not be able to delete or replace by hidden the button
