Aspera - handle empty folders in upload sets

Clients upload to Nuxeo via Aspera in large batches. Batches come from production hard drives and can contain a diverse assortment of folders and files. Some folders in these batches can be empty - clients need the option to include these as-is in the upload batch.

Currently if an empty folder is included in an upload, the folder is omitted from the upload.

It would be optimal to include a configuration property to either create empty folders if included in an upload batch, or omit from the upload.
