Aspera File status erroneous state doesn't match

      Description

      While working on NXP-29648, we noticed that Aspera File status 'FAILED' (that is expected here and here) has no correspondence in the backend. Literally case sensitive.

      Thanks to this, when provisioning a transfer with a file with 'FAILED' status, the status icon for that file is the spinner instead of "failed" icon.
