Fix update of a string in a multivalued complex with the "Single Directory Suggestion" widget

How to reproduce
In Studio

• Create a document type Doc with a String metadata in a multivalued complex property
• In the "Create/View/Edit" JSF views, configure the string metadata with the Single Directory Suggestion widget (vocabulary Continent for instance)

At Runtime in Nuxeo 10.10 (+HFs) + JSF UI

• Create a document of type Doc and choose a value in the list => At Create time, the value is saved OK
• Edit this document and modify the value and save the document => At this time, the modified value in not saved, and in the "Summary" view, the old value still pops up

Expected result
When modifying a document and saving the changes, the changes should be taken into account
