Ensure aspera ftests run against 11.x

As part of our forward port of the Aspera Connector, we need to check if our existing ftests run successfully with the updated stack (platform 11.x and webui 3.0.x, ftests framework ^3.0.0) to determine what kind of effort may be involved to make sure they are still useful.

Some work was already done under this commit. Still, it would be a good opportunity to double check if the issues with DocumentFormLayout helper still occur and maybe fix them (see NXP-29486).

AC:
We should be able to run "current" aspera ftests as we do with the aspera connector v 3.0.0.
Tests that currently passing in v 3.0.0 should also pass in v 4.0.0 (i.e. against 11.x).
